Caitriona in Y6 did a very brave act on Wednesday 17th December, when she had her hair cut for the Little Princess charity. Clare from Runway in Maghera, kindly and skilfully made the chop resulting in 15 inches or 38 centimetres of chestnut hair. The hair will be used to make wigs for children who have suffered hair loss resuting from medication for serious illnesses.
The rest of the school contributed by donating £1 for their non-uniform day. The donations totalled £210.
